DESCRIPTION:

JINSHAN dia.175mm diamond turbo grinding cup wheel is designed with large diamond grit for fast grinding. It also works great for epoxy removal. There are soft bond, medium bond and hard bond for segments for customer’s choice.

Soft bond: The metallic powder in the sintered segment wears away quickly therefore it releases dull diamond crystals and expose new abrasive crystals to cut efficiently. Best used on hard surfaces.

Medium bond: A metal bond strength between that of soft and hard bonds.

Hard bond: The bond of the metallic powder in the segment wears away slowly and prevents premature wearing away against soft surfaces.
