Diamond saw blade is a cutting tool which is widely used in processing of stone, ceramic, concrete and other hard and brittle materials. The diamond saw blade is mainly consisted with two parts: the base body and the cutting segment.

The cutting segment is the main working part of diamond saw blade. It is continuously consumed during cutting. There are diamond, the hardest material, inside cutting segment, that is why cutting segment can cut hard material. The diamond particles are covered inside segment by metal.

Process classification:

1.Sintered diamond saw blade divided into two types: cold-pressed sintering and hot-pressed sintering.

2.Welding diamond saw blade divided into two types: brazing and laser welding.

3.Electroplating (brazing) diamond saw blade: the blade powder is attached to the base body by electroplating.
